As a unit focusing on classical performances, they hold concerts as Stella Maris (cello & harp) and Stella Familia (flute & harp).

As an Irish harpist, she won the Gold Prize in the Harp Division of the 2019 Fuller Hjor (Irish International Music Competition) Japan Qualifier and competed in the Finals in Drogheda, Ireland; Gold Prize in the Harp Division, CCÉ Japan sponsored and online music competition, December 2020. In August 2021, she was runner-up in the Fuller Fest competition in Sligo, Ireland; in October 2022, she was a soloist in the Virtual Harp Orchestra organized by Janet Harbison.

She also organizes "Harp Clubs" in Mitaka City, Saitama City, Tsukuba City, Shimodate City, and online, where harp performance is enjoyed by everyone from young children to senior citizens.

Based on these experiences, I can meet various needs such as careful instruction on the basics of playing the instrument, the joy of playing freely using chords, the real pleasure of finishing a large piece of music by carefully reading and understanding the score, and building a repertoire of music that can be played with friends.

Student Agreement

This agreement is made in Japanese and translated into English. The Japanese text is the original and the English text is for reference purposes. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between these two texts, the Japanese text shall prevail.

With regard to the service (hereinafter referred to as "this service") provided by Nagy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company") as a music lesson platform on the web (hereinafter referred to as "this service"), those who use this service (hereinafter referred to as "our company") to take lessons with our company ("Student" defined below) agrees to the following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms and Conditions").

Definition of terms

  1. Terms in this Agreement are defined below.
    1. "Student" means a person who has registered as a student in this service and can use this service.
    2. "Instructor" means a person who agrees to this agreement with our company and uses this service for instructors to give music lessons to students.
    3. "User name" means the nickname within the service set by the student or instructor.
    4. "Communication system" means the two-way video communication system for music lessons that can be used with this service.
    5. "Long lesson" means a real-time remote lesson using a 55-minute line connection in this communication system. The prescribed length of time for the long lesson (the net length of time excluding the time for the line connection test, etc.) is 45 minutes.
    6. "Short lesson" means a real-time remote lesson using a 30-minute line connection in this communication system. The prescribed time for the short lesson (the net time excluding the time for the line connection test, etc.) is 20 minutes.
    7. "Trial lesson" means a trial free or paid short lesson prepared for the student to know the compatibility with the instructor and the atmosphere of the lesson. Students take a trial lesson predetermined number of times you can receive up to.
    8. "Reservation slot" means a set of days, reservation time and end time for each lesson set in this service and advertised to students, which is the date and time when the lesson can be held by the instructor. In addition, the reservation time and end time can only be set in units of long lessons or short lessons at intervals set by the Company. (The lesson time includes time for the instructor to explain how to operate this communication system as necessary.)
    9. "(Lesson) Reservation" means a contract for lesson implementation established between a student and an instructor. For paid lessons, the lesson tuition fee (specified in Item 14) by the credit card company shall be "established" when the settlement is executed. (Even if there are vacancies in the reservation slot, the teacher's acceptance is required to take the lesson.)
    10. "Appointment Approval Deadline" means the deadline for waiting for the appointment approval from the lecturer. When booking a lesson on the Student My Account (specified in Item 19), the approval deadline can be set by the student. However, if you apply for a lesson on a public website, this deadline shall be within 24 hours after the student's booking.
    11. "Cancellation (of a lesson)" refers to canceling a lesson reservation regardless of the agreement of the other party. By notifying the other party from the student's My Account (specified in No. 19). Some are free and some are paid.
    12. "Lesson Compensation" means the compensation for each Lesson as determined by the Instructor.
    13. "Service usage fee, etc." refers to the usage fee and related costs of this service for each lesson.
    14. "Lesson Tuition Fee" means the consideration for lessons collected from students by the Company, including lesson fees and service usage fees.
    15. "Optional setup fee" means the monthly fee for enabling optional functions, etc. in addition to the normal functions of this service. If it is set to be available, it will occur even in months when optional functions are not used, but this usage setting can be changed on a monthly basis.
    16. "Cancellation fee" means the fee paid to the instructor if the student cancels the lesson reservation within 48 hours before the reservation time. The amount will be determined by the instructor.
    17. "Lesson Coupon" means a discount that can be used to reduce part or all of the lesson fee or cancellation fee that the Company grants to the student.date of expiryAn electronic coupon with This service usage fee cannot be used for discounts other than lesson tuition fees and cancellation fees, and will disappear after the expiration date. However, if you have multiple lesson coupons, the expiration date of the last given lesson coupon will also apply to the other coupons.
    18. A "course" is a name representing a set of lesson contents set by the lecturer himself/herself.
    19. "Student My Account" means a web page that provides functions for students to register their own student registration information, apply for lessons, and access this communication system in this service.
    20. "Personal information" refers to names, dates of birth, addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, occupations, places of employment, and other information that can identify a specific individual. It means that the individual can be identified by collation.
    21. "Talk" refers to the two-way text communication function between the Company and students and between students and instructors in this service.
    22. "Notification" means the transmission of written information between the Company and the student, and between the student and the instructor, through talks and e-mails automatically sent by the Company. The latter email can be set to be sent/not sent by the recipient.
    23. "Tardiness limit" means the limit of time that a student can be late for a reserved lesson, which is 30 minutes from the reservation time for a long lesson and 15 minutes from the reservation time for a short lesson. If a student connects to this communication system by the tardy limit, he/she can take the lesson for the remaining time.
    24. "Concierge" means the point of contact of our company where students can consult about instruments, course content, language, instructors, as well as about desired instructors, lesson frames, course opening requests, fees, etc. You can consult by telephone, e-mail, or talk.
    25. "Lesson request" means that a student notifies the instructor of a new lesson frame, the opening of a course, cost, etc. through the concierge.

Contents of this service

  1. This service is a web-based service for students with a user name to receive music lessons and related services from a teacher with a user name. Teacher provide the means for lessons to and settle the payment for the lessons. The Service allows you to at least:
    1. Students can take lessons from instructors using this communication system.
    2. Our company receives a delegation from the instructor and collects and remits the lesson fee from the student. (At this time, we will collect the lesson fee.)
    3. The student must list the musical content (type of instrument, singing, composition method, genre, playing method, etc.) and brief history of the instructor.
    4. Students must list the reservation slots and lesson fees for instructors.
    5. A student confirms the content of each lesson about himself/herself recorded by the instructor (hereinafter, the recorded content is referred to as "lesson record").
    6. A student applies for a lesson in a reservation frame set by a lecturer, and receives notification of whether or not the reservation for the lesson has been established.
    7. Checking the list of lessons that the student has booked or has taken in the past.
    8. Students confirming the monthly statement of lesson fees for completed lessons.
    9. Students use the Concierge to make various inquiries to the Company or request lessons from instructors.
  2. Both the Company and the student confirm that the Company does not hire or outsource the instructor in this service, that no contract regarding these has been established at all, and that the student entrusts the instructor with lesson work.
  3. Our company is entrusted by instructors to collect lesson fees, etc. from students.
  4. Students must own the hardware (PC, headset, microphone, camera, etc.), software (WEB browser, etc.), communication lines, musical scores, musical instruments, and other equipment necessary for lessons to use this service. You have to prepare with responsibility and expense. A smartphone can also be used as a set of this hardware, but in that case, some functions of the Service will be restricted.

Student registration

  1. In order to use this service, those who wish to use this service must register the following items ("student registration items") on the student's My Account (hereinafter referred to as "student registration") and become a student. (Only the item (3) will be displayed to the lecturer, and other items will not be displayed.) This service will be available after student registration.
    1. Password.
    2. Email address.
    3. User name used for this service.
    4. Mobile phone number (fixed phone number is acceptable).
    5. Payment information such as credit card number (under the student's name). However, without registering in this field, it is also possible to input payment information each time requested for payment upon booking, etc.
  2. If there is any change in the registered information entered up to the preceding paragraph, the student must immediately notify the Company from his/her student My Account.

Cancellation of student registration and termination/cancellation of use of this service

  1. Students can terminate the use of this service by deleting their registration from the student's My Account. However, this cancellation is not possible if there are remaining lessons that have been booked. (It is possible to cancel all reservations.)
  2. If a student falls under any of the following, the Company may, without prior notice, temporarily suspend the student's use of the Service or cancel the student's registration and stop using the Service.
    1. It turned out that a third party other than the student has carried out part or all of the procedures and registration up to the agreement of this agreement.
    2. It turns out that the student entered a false or erroneous entry in the registration information, or made a serious omission.
    3. It turned out that the student had been deregistered in the past due to violation of the student agreement.
    4. It was found that a student has committed a prohibited act stipulated in Article 13.
    5. Our company has determined that the student has seriously violated the provisions of this agreement.
    6. Our company determined that there were many complaints from instructors who gave lessons to students.
  3. If a student's registration is canceled for any reason, all the lesson coupons that have been granted will be lost, and the amount equivalent to the discount of the lesson coupon will not be refunded.

Payment of lesson fees, etc.

  1. The student pays us a lesson tuition fee for lessons (excluding free ones) that have been conducted (or deemed to have been conducted) for a prescribed period of time.
  2. The student will pay the Company the price for the lesson stipulated in this paragraph for the lesson that is less than the prescribed time stipulated in paragraph 15 of the next article.
  3. If a student has a lesson coupon, when the next lesson reservation is made or a cancellation fee is incurred, the lesson coupon will be automatically used and the respective amount will be discounted.
  4. There are two types of cancellation fees: from 48 hours before the reservation time to 24 hours before the reservation time, and after 24 hours before the reservation time.
  5. Students will make payment through the credit card company that entered the payment up to the preceding paragraph. The Company will bill the credit card company at the time specified in each of the following items. Failure to settle this charge will be deemed non-payment by the student.
    1. The lesson fee will be charged when the instructor accepts the application for the lesson.
    2. Cancellation fee applies when the student cancels without charge.
  6. In the case of any of the following items, the Company will deduct the necessary expenses A prescribed in each item from the consideration once paid by credit card for the lesson (0 yen if not incurred). We will refund the deducted amount through the credit card company. However, if there is a discount amount B due to the lesson coupon in the payment, the original lesson coupon will first be applied to the necessary expenses A. If the discount amount B ≧ the required fee A, a new lesson coupon with a new expiration date equivalent to the difference between the two will be given, and the full amount paid will be refunded. If discount amount B < necessary expenses A, the amount after subtracting the difference between the two will be refunded.
    1. When a lesson that has been booked once is not actually carried out for some reason (including cancellation). However, this excludes lessons deemed to have been conducted pursuant to the provisions of Article 11, or lessons prescribed in Article 7, Article 7. In this case, the necessary cost A is the cancellation fee (it may be 0 yen).
    2. When it is deemed not to have been carried out in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 10 or 12 of the following article, even though the lesson was actually carried out (including cases shorter than the prescribed time). In this case, the necessary cost A is not generated.
    3. When stipulated in paragraph 7-2 of the following article. At this time, the necessary cost A is the service fee, etc.
    4. When the fee for the lesson is changed in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 15 of the following article. In this case, the necessary cost A is the amount of consideration for the changed lesson.
  7. Depending on the time of occurrence of the reason for the refund, the refund stipulated in the preceding paragraph may be made after the lesson fee or part of it has been withdrawn from the credit card bank account.

Lesson reservation and cancellation

  1. The student agrees that he or she may only take the lesson if the instructor accepts the lesson for which the student has applied.
  2. Students can apply for a lesson from the student's My Account in the reservation slot set by the instructor. Even if there is no set reservation slot, the student may submit a lesson request to the instructor through the concierge, and the student will be promptly notified if this is accepted. (If necessary, we will find another teacher that meets your needs.) Students can only apply for lessons if the credit card entered is valid.
  3. When a student applies for a lesson to the instructor, the corresponding reservation slot will be temporarily unavailable for reservation, and the instructor can notify the student of acceptance/non-acceptance of the application until the reservation acceptance deadline. . If you do not receive a notification from the instructor by the reservation acceptance deadline, the application will not be accepted.
  4. Students are free to cancel a lesson reservation up to 48 hours before the scheduled time.
  5. If a student cancels a lesson reservation less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, the instructor cancellation charge may occur(see paragraph 4 of the preceding article).
  6. When the instructor attempts to accept the requested lesson, if the credit card payment for the lesson fee cannot be made, the lesson reservation will not be established. At this time, the student will be notified that the reservation was not possible due to non-payment of the consideration.
  7. The lesson will be considered to be conducted for the specified time in the following cases A, B, or C; A. If the student did not take the booked lesson without cancellation, B. If the student ended the lesson by disconnecting before the predetermined time (if late, subtract the time for being late) has elapsed, C. If the student made a call after exceeding the lateness limit, and (1) the instructor opened the lesson screen within 10 minutes from the start and keep it up to the lateness limit (regardless of whether the instructor answered the call or not). However, (2) in the case there is no cancellation as stipulated in paragraph 14 and either in case A. B. C, if the instructor did not open the lesson screen within 10 minutes from the appointment time or did not open the lesson screen until the lateness limit (not in (1)), this lesson will not be considered to be conducted. Then, part of the consideration paid pursuant to the provisions of paragraph 7, item 3 of the preceding article will be refunded.
  8. Teachers are free to cancel lesson reservations up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
  9. In the event that the instructor cancels a lesson reservation within 24 hours prior to the scheduled time, the student will beLesson coupon equivalent to the amount specified in the attached sheetis given.
  10. Except for the cases stipulated in Clause 14, if the student requests a connection to the instructor within the tardy limit, the instructor will immediately respond after being late (however, if the connection request is earlier than 10 minutes from the reservation time, the reservation will be canceled).   11. If a student arrives late within the tardy limit and requests a connection to the instructor, and takes the lesson after subtracting the time for being late from the prescribed time, the lesson will be considered to have been conducted for the prescribed time.
  12. The instructor himself/herself (by disconnecting this service, etc.) before the predetermined time (if the student is late within the tardy limit, the time after subtracting the time for being late) has passed from the start of the lesson. If it turns out that you have completed this lesson, it will be considered that this lesson was not conducted. Unless the student agrees to this termination and this agreement can be later verified by electronic records of interactions with the student, such as talks.
  13. By registering a specific lecturer in the blacklist of this service, students can prevent receiving notifications such as talks from this lecturer. In addition, the reservation slots for blacklisted instructors will not be displayed.
  14. If the lesson cannot be started within 10 minutes from the reservation time due to failure of the instructor's equipment/communication line, student's equipment/communication line, equipment for this service, or failure of the telecommunication service used by this service, the lesson will be canceled. Canceled. In this case, neither the lesson fee nor the cancellation fee will be charged.
  15. Notwithstanding the provisions up to the preceding paragraph, due to failure of the instructor's equipment/communication line, student's equipment/communication line, equipment for this service, or failure of the telecommunications service used in this service, the lesson time will be less than the prescribed time. If it is confirmed that we have not been able to secure it, the consideration for this lesson will be as follows. Here, the line connection time includes an error of about ±5 minutes.

    2. In the cases stipulated in paragraph 12 (excluding cases where the student agrees).
    3. Cases specified in paragraph 14.
    4. Cases specified in paragraph 15.

Communication

  1. Students are not allowed to use anything other than talk to communicate with the instructor. In particular, e-mail addresses, phone numbers and addresses must not be obtained from or given to instructors.
  2. Students will promptly respond to inquiries from the Company regarding lessons and other Services.
  3. Written permission from the Company includes permission in talks or e-mails from the Company.
  4. The student and the Company will maintain the ability to receive the other party's registered e-mail at all times. Any trouble caused by non-delivery of the sent e-mail shall be the responsibility of the recipient. (Please pay particular attention to the inability to receive messages from specific addresses on mobile phones.)

Lecturer evaluation and disclosure

  1. Students can register their evaluations and comments on the instructor's lessons with this service. We may publish this evaluation and any of these comments that have been approved by the student on the Service without the instructor's consent.
  2. The Company may, without the consent of the Instructor, disclose on the Service the ratio of the number of lessons canceled by the Instructor within 24 hours prior to the scheduled time or missed without notice without cancellation to the number of lessons accepted by the Instructor.

Password management

  1. Students must set a password that is difficult to guess, manage it as a secret, and must not transfer, lend, or disclose it to a third party, or allow the password to be used by a third party. However, this does not apply if prior written consent has been obtained from the Company.
  2. Students shall be responsible for any loss or damage incurred due to reasons not attributable to our company, such as errors in the use of their own passwords or unauthorized use by a third party.
  3. If a student discovers that his or her password has been used illegally by a third party without permission, the student will immediately notify the Company. In addition, if the Company gives instructions regarding dealing with such unauthorized use, such instructions must be followed.
  4. If the Company discovers that a student's password is being used illegally, or recognizes a situation where it can be strongly suspected, it may restrict the student's use of the Service without consent. In this case, we will promptly notify the student through the registered e-mail address or telephone number.

Handling of personal information, etc.

  1. The Company will handle personal information obtained through registration of students and other information as confidential information as stipulated in paragraph 2 of the following article. However, the items stipulated in the next paragraph shall be excluded.
  2. Students agree that our company will disclose personal information stipulated in paragraphs 6 and 7 to cooperating companies or subcontractors that have a confidentiality obligation.
  3. Students must not obtain personal information from the instructor other than that which is essential for the lesson.
  4. Students will handle the personal information of instructors, other students, our employees and other third parties obtained through the use of this service as confidential information as stipulated in Paragraph 1 of the following article.
