(Trial Course) Introduction to Electric Guitar ★ Beginners C
Want to start playing electric guitar? Or have you bought one but don't know what to do with it? This course is for beginners. If you are interested in electric guitar instead of acoustic guitar, you must be attracted by its tone. Let's think about it together.
Pianos are set up and tuned by a professional tuner, and acoustic guitars can be played with just strings and tuning, and there is almost no need to make any adjustments. In addition, how do I operate the volume and tone knobs? We will explain in detail about electric guitars, which are usually adjusted by yourself. For those who do not own a guitar, we will explain in detail how to select and set up an instrument in a store, how to use an amp and effectors, how to tune the guitar, how to hold the guitar, how to hold a pick, and how to play a song. We will teach you how to tune your guitar, how to hold it, how to hold a pick, and how to formulate your playing style. If you have your own favorite song, it is best to try it, as it will motivate you, but if it is too difficult, we may be able to arrange it in a way that makes it easier to play. If it is too difficult, you may be able to arrange it in a way that makes it easier to play! Let's make an electric guitar sound that you think is good.
(Trial Course) Adult Acoustic Guitar *Beginner's Memory Cour
I would like to play mainly nostalgic folk songs. You may choose any song you like.
Naturally, beginners should learn chords using the open strings of the guitar, called "open chords" or "low chords," while playing the songs. They are usually written in tablature in songbooks, but how to finger them? It is not always necessary to follow the instructions. Also, if the key of the original song is too hard to play or the song is too high, you can transpose it or use a capotast to convert it to a simple chord. Then, start by playing a song you like that seems relatively easy to play. By playing two guitars together, you will avoid having your playing "stop in the middle," which will speed up your progress.
(Trial Course) Jazz Guitar *Beginner and Intermediate Course
This course is designed to help students learn to play better the songs they want to play from the "Jazz Standards Bible" book. This course is designed for those who are just starting to learn jazz, those who can improvise a little, and those who are interested in jazz.
I've always wondered, "How is it that I can somehow figure out the chord progression of a jazz song or ad-lib solo just by listening to the single-note melody?" That's how I got interested in jazz. Apparently, jazz is spoken in a language called "jazz language," and if you learn it, you will gradually be able to play in a jazz-like manner. Most of the songs that are called standards in the jazz world are played with or without singing, but most of them are instrumental, so you can fully enjoy them if you have another melody player in addition to the guitar accompaniment (or by using the solo guitar method). After playing the melody, you can try ad-lib solos along with its chord progression. It will be fun to play along with the instructor. Also, you can use either electric or acoustic guitar.
(Trial Course) Electric Guitar Application ★ Intermediate Co
(Students will acquire technique and knowledge by hearing-copying (with or without sheet music). I would like to create a sound that simulates actual band performance while providing tips for ear copying and its performance aids and corrections.
I've played a little in the past." Or, if you can already play at least as well as the beginners' course, and are thinking of starting a band or have already started, this lesson is for you. The lessons will be held for those who "have played a little in the past" and those who can already play at least as well as the beginners' course. What is the most important and effective way to improve your instrument? It is copying existing songs. You listen to the song by ear and practice to play it in the same way, listening only to your own instrumental sounds. This tedious and simple task is very effective. Since copying the guitar part involves the sounds of other parts such as bass, keyboards, and vocals, notating the chords (= chord progression) and format of the song at the same time is also a very musically effective method. Let's copy various songs together.
Trial Course・Improve your original music!
This course is for those who can compose melodies. This course is for those who can compose a melody, whether they sing it themselves or not, and covers the final stages of a song before making changes to the melody and arranging it for each instrument.
Data is created using Apple's Logic Pro. If the written melody is a singer's melody, we will arrange it while considering the singer's range, breath, and whether it is easy to capture the notes when modulating the key. We arrange the melody while considering the singer's range and whether it is easy to capture the notes when the singer breathes and modulates. Reharmonization is the process of reattaching chords to the harmony of the original melody, and the impression of the melody is greatly changed by this reharmonization. (Some melodies do not change much.) If you are worried that your song doesn't feel right, we would like to improve your song.
(Trial Course) What is Composition? Beginner and Intermediat
Composing music is, roughly speaking, creating a "melody". Anyone can do it, as long as you have an image to imagine the whole picture and above all, a strong will to create! Why don't you let your hidden talent blossom?
To put it more precisely, you should be able to create a melody for a song, and if the song is an instrumental, you should be able to create a chord progression along with the melody to compose the song! That means you can compose a song. So, for a song, you just need to write down what you hummed or sang in some other way. And there is no difficult music theory applied to the melody. However, this does not mean that you can do anything you want. There are many rules and tricks to creating a tasteful melody that people feel comfortable listening to. In this course, we will correct your melodies and teach you how to make them better. It is best if you have a computer and sequencing software, but you can also do it the old-fashioned way, by playing a piano or guitar while transcribing the melody, or by recording your voice while singing at the same time. Chording and arranging the created melody will be done in the "DTM Composition *Advanced Course*".
(Trial Course) Music Theory ★ Beginner and Intermediate Cour
This course is for those who want to learn jazz and popular theory (notation with English sound names). We will teach you in an easy-to-understand manner from the very beginning. Those who are interested in composing, arranging, and improvising in rock and jazz will find this course useful.
Music theory is not about melody, but mainly about the flow of harmony and scales. Jazz and popular music theory uses English chord names for chords, but in most classes, we use degree names so that the theory can be applied to all keys. (Often this is done in the key of C.) This method of learning by degree name is very useful once you get used to it, and it is very convenient because once you learn one form, you can use it in all 12 keys. Also, although not always, it is by far the best way to learn theory if the learner can play a chord instrument. It is recommended to learn by checking the sound on the piano or guitar, if possible. After learning the basics of theory to some extent, study the rules by analyzing a lot of existing music.
