Classical Composers Unhealthy Championship! ~ Is health care more difficult than composing? ~ Is it more difficult than composing music?

The history of classical music has been filled with genius composers, some of whom lived lives that made one want to pause and say, "Well, that's just what happens when you get sick! Some of these composers lived lives that made you want to say, "Well, that's just what happens when you get sick!
In this issue, we introduce a ranking of such composers who have "damaged their bodies through no fault of their own! Let's enjoy their unhealthy episodes with the names of their diseases from the viewpoint of modern medicine.
No. 7: Igor Stravinsky (1882-1971)
Name of disease: chronic insomnia & sedative dependence
Although Stravinsky revolutionized the music world with The Rite of Spring, his life was chaos.
He was a night owl, composing all night long, and his days and nights were reversed.
He suffered from extreme insomnia and used sedatives on a regular basis.
He also suffers from chronic migraines and stomach pains.
His music is rhythmically complex and can be confusing to the listener, but he also led a chaotic life.

No. 6: Richard Wagner (1813-1883)
Diseases: ischemic heart disease, hypertension, narcissistic personality disorder (presumed)
Wagner is as famous for his grandiose, self-centered life as he is for his magnificent operas.
He was lavishly lavish, begging royalty for funds.
His lavish diet plus stress plus narcissism led to high blood pressure.
In his later years, he suffered from heart disease but did not stop living a life of luxury.
He had a heart attack in a luxury hotel in Venice and met a spectacular end like a hero in an opera.

No. 5: Ludwig van Beethoven (1770-1827)
Diseases: Alcoholic cirrhosis, lead poisoning
Beethoven was known not only for his genius, but also for his drinking & intemperance.
He drank a lot of wine and developed alcoholic cirrhosis of the liver.
In addition, the wines of the time contained lead, which caused lead poisoning.
In his later years, he suffered from ascites fluid and pain in his final days.
He was famous as "the man who knocked on the door of destiny," but it seems that he also knocked on the door of his own health.

No. 4: Maurice Ravel (1875-1937)
Name of disease: sleep disorder & malnutrition (presumed)

As a result, he became thin and ill.

No. 3: Gioachino Rossini (1792-1868)
Diseases: gout, obesity, depression

He developed gout from the daily consumption of gourmet food and wine.
His extreme lifestyle caused him to suffer from depression and he became a recluse.

Second place: Max Reger (1873-1916)
Diseases: chronic alcoholism, obesity, hypertension

As a result, he developed high blood pressure and heart disease, and died suddenly at the age of 43.

First Prize: Camille Saint-Saëns (1835-1921)

He never ate any meat (lack of protein).
