| Service consideration | We provide communication services for music lessons and matching services with instructors. The price is the service usage fee for each lesson. In addition, on the site of this service, the total amount of this service usage fee and lesson fee (determined by the instructor) paid to the instructor for each lesson will be displayed. |
| When to provide services | After registering on the site of this service, matching service will be provided. Once your lesson is booked, our correspondence service will be provided on the date and time you booked and you will be able to take online music lessons. |
| When and how to pay for services |
The service usage fee will be settled by credit card when the lesson appointment is completed. (At this time, the lesson fee will also be settled.) |
| Expenses required other than compensation for services |
Lesson fee to the instructor (we will charge it together with this service usage fee), internet line usage fee, score purchase fee. (If necessary, the cost of purchasing a musical instrument, the cost of purchasing a PC (including a video camera and microphone) or a smartphone) |
| Matters concerning withdrawal of contract application |
A. If you cancel your lesson appointment 48 hours before the appointment time, both the service usage fee and the lesson fee will be refunded. If you cancel after that, only a part will be refunded. The refund amount will be the total amount of this service usage fee and lesson fee minus the cancellation fee displayed in advance. B. If you are late for the appointment time, the end time will not change and there will be no refund. In particular, if you are late for more than the specified time, you may not be able to take the lesson (no refund). |
| Provisions when services do not conform to the contents of the contract |
If the lesson is shorter than the specified time due to a communication line failure or the instructor's late arrival or early departure, part or all of the total amount of this service usage fee and lesson fee will be refunded in accordance with the provisions of the agreement. |
