Hello. - Hello. I have been performing since I was a student at music college and have played harp as a soloist and in orchestras. I have been teaching for over 10 years. I have met people of all ages in various places. Even if you are not good at reading music or have never played the harp before..., Or, if you are an experienced harpist and want to improve your harp playing skills...! Or you want to be able to play in a brass band or orchestra...! or even if you want to be able to play in a brass band or an orchestra...! We will instruct you according to your needs. Graduated from Toho Gakuen School of Music, Department of Music, majoring in harp, and completed the graduate course at Toho Gakuen School of Music. She has performed at the Japan Harp Society's debut concert for newcomers and at a concert for students of the Courchevel Summer International Music Academy. She has also participated in various seminars such as the Karuizawa Harp Seminar and the Fukui Harp Seminar. Passed the audition for the 85th Yokohama Newcomers' Concert and performed in the same concert. She won the 2nd prize at the 16th Osaka International Music Competition for harp. Performed as a member of the orchestra in the Toho Academy Orchestra Special Concert, the Joint Music College Festival, and the La Folle Journée Biwako. She has also appeared as a supporting member of other Tokyo and regional orchestras. She has studied harp with Mihoko Kobayashi, Mari Kimura, Joseph Molnar, and Fumiko Shinozaki, chamber music with Akira Shirao and Fumiko Shinozaki, and orchestra study with Mieko Inoue. Currently, in addition to performing widely in solo, chamber, and orchestral music, she also teaches middle and high school brass bands, and teaches a wide range of students from children to senior citizens, as well as teaching younger students. Instructor at Atsugi Gakki Corporation, Yamaha Music Avenue Fujisawa, Ginza Jujiya Harp & Flute Salon, and Mitsuhashi Violin School. She is a member of the jury of the Japan Classical Music Competition.

Profile

As a harpist, he has performed solo and provided support for numerous orchestras, choirs, and theater productions. As a unit focusing on classical performances, they hold concerts as Stella Maris (cello & harp) and Stella Familia (flute & harp). As an Irish harpist, she won the Gold Prize in the Harp Division of the 2019 Fuller Hjor (Irish International Music Competition) Japan Qualifier and competed in the Finals in Drogheda, Ireland; Gold Prize in the Harp Division, CCÉ Japan sponsored and online music competition, December 2020. In August 2021, she was runner-up in the Fuller Fest competition in Sligo, Ireland; in October 2022, she was a soloist in the Virtual Harp Orchestra organized by Janet Harbison. She also organizes "Harp Clubs" in Mitaka City, Saitama City, Tsukuba City, Shimodate City, and online, where harp performance is enjoyed by everyone from young children to senior citizens. Based on these experiences, I can meet various needs such as careful instruction on the basics of playing the instrument, the joy of playing freely using chords, the real pleasure of finishing a large piece of music by carefully reading and understanding the score, and building a repertoire of music that can be played with friends. I can solve all your harp related problems! Graduated from Tokyo University of the Arts, Department of Instrumental Music, Harp Major, and completed the master's course in the same department. Studied with Keiko Sawada, Sumire Kuwashima, Fumiko Shinozaki, Janet Harbison, Gráinne Hambly, Michael Rooney, Máire Ní Chathasaigh, Cormac De Barra, Eimear Goughlan, Jyunshi Murakami, etc. She has taken lessons from the Japan Society for Music Education, the Japan Harp Society, and the Japan Harp Society. He is a member of the Japan Society for Music Education, the Japan Harp Society, and the Irish Musicians' Association.
