Graduated from Toho Gakuen School of Music with a major in piano after graduating from the Music Department of Tokyo Metropolitan High School of Arts and Sciences. Obtained a junior high school and high school teacher's license (music). Studied piano under Yumiko Nakabatake, Masako Nakajima, Tadashi Kitagawa, Yuko Yano, and Li-Chen Yang. Studied solfege under Shinobu Suzuki and Maki Ueda. She won the Gold Prize at the Chopin International Piano Competition in ASIA in Kitakyushu, Japan, and was selected for the Asian Competition. She took lessons from Ms. Joanna Wabrenowicz at the master class of the Chopin University of Music. Performed in the final concert. Currently performs as a soloist and accompanist. I would like to enjoy giving lessons in a way that suits each student. I will teach gently and carefully to students from young children to adults, and from beginners to advanced students.
