> After graduating from Osaka College of Music Junior College of Voice with a major in voice,

 I have also arranged music for commercial TV dramas.

Student Agreement

This agreement is made in Japanese and translated into English. The Japanese text is the original and the English text is for reference purposes. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between these two texts, the Japanese text shall prevail.

With regard to the service (hereinafter referred to as "this service") provided by Nagy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company") as a music lesson platform on the web (hereinafter referred to as "this service"), those who use this service (hereinafter referred to as "our company") to take lessons with our company ("Student" defined below) agrees to the following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms and Conditions").

Definition of terms

  1. Terms in this Agreement are defined below.
    1. "Student" means a person who has registered as a student in this service and can use this service.
    2. "Instructor" means a person who agrees to this agreement with our company and uses this service for instructors to give music lessons to students.
    3. "User name" means the nickname within the service set by the student or instructor.
    4. "Communication system" means the two-way video communication system for music lessons that can be used with this service.
    5. "Long lesson" means a real-time remote lesson using a 55-minute line connection in this communication system. The prescribed length of time for the long lesson (the net length of time excluding the time for the line connection test, etc.) is 45 minutes.
    6. "Short lesson" means a real-time remote lesson using a 30-minute line connection in this communication system. The prescribed time for the short lesson (the net time excluding the time for the line connection test, etc.) is 20 minutes.
    7. "Trial lesson" means a trial free or paid short lesson prepared for the student to know the compatibility with the instructor and the atmosphere of the lesson. Students take a trial lesson predetermined number of times you can receive up to.
    8. "Reservation slot" means a set of days, reservation time and end time for each lesson set in this service and advertised to students, which is the date and time when the lesson can be held by the instructor. In addition, the reservation time and end time can only be set in units of long lessons or short lessons at intervals set by the Company. (The lesson time includes time for the instructor to explain how to operate this communication system as necessary.)
    9. "(Lesson) Reservation" means a contract for lesson implementation established between a student and an instructor. For paid lessons, the lesson tuition fee (specified in Item 14) by the credit card company shall be "established" when the settlement is executed. (Even if there are vacancies in the reservation slot, the teacher's acceptance is required to take the lesson.)
    10. "Appointment Approval Deadline" means the deadline for waiting for the appointment approval from the lecturer. When booking a lesson on the Student My Account (specified in Item 19), the approval deadline can be set by the student. However, if you apply for a lesson on a public website, this deadline shall be within 24 hours after the student's booking.
    11. "Cancellation (of a lesson)" refers to canceling a lesson reservation regardless of the agreement of the other party. By notifying the other party from the student's My Account (specified in No. 19). Some are free and some are paid.
    12. "Lesson Compensation" means the compensation for each Lesson as determined by the Instructor.
    13. "Service usage fee, etc." refers to the usage fee and related costs of this service for each lesson.
    14. "Lesson Tuition Fee" means the consideration for lessons collected from students by the Company, including lesson fees and service usage fees.
    15. "Optional setup fee" means the monthly fee for enabling optional functions, etc. in addition to the normal functions of this service. If it is set to be available, it will occur even in months when optional functions are not used, but this usage setting can be changed on a monthly basis.
    16. "Cancellation fee" means the fee paid to the instructor if the student cancels the lesson reservation within 48 hours before the reservation time. The amount will be determined by the instructor.
    17. "Lesson Coupon" means a discount that can be used to reduce part or all of the lesson fee or cancellation fee that the Company grants to the student.date of expiryAn electronic coupon with This service usage fee cannot be used for discounts other than lesson tuition fees and cancellation fees, and will disappear after the expiration date. However, if you have multiple lesson coupons, the expiration date of the last given lesson coupon will also apply to the other coupons.
    18. A "course" is a name representing a set of lesson contents set by the lecturer himself/herself.
    19. "Student My Account" means a web page that provides functions for students to register their own student registration information, apply for lessons, and access this communication system in this service.
    20. "Personal information" refers to names, dates of birth, addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, occupations, places of employment, and other information that can identify a specific individual. It means that the individual can be identified by collation.
    21. "Talk" refers to the two-way text communication function between the Company and students and between students and instructors in this service.
    22. "Notification" means the transmission of written information between the Company and the student, and between the student and the instructor, through talks and e-mails automatically sent by the Company. The latter email can be set to be sent/not sent by the recipient.
    23. "Tardiness limit" means the limit of time that a student can be late for a reserved lesson, which is 30 minutes from the reservation time for a long lesson and 15 minutes from the reservation time for a short lesson. If a student connects to this communication system by the tardy limit, he/she can take the lesson for the remaining time.
    24. "Concierge" means the point of contact of our company where students can consult about instruments, course content, language, instructors, as well as about desired instructors, lesson frames, course opening requests, fees, etc. You can consult by telephone, e-mail, or talk.
    25. "Lesson request" means that a student notifies the instructor of a new lesson frame, the opening of a course, cost, etc. through the concierge.

Contents of this service

  1. This service is a web-based service for students with a user name to receive music lessons and related services from a teacher with a user name. Teacher provide the means for lessons to and settle the payment for the lessons. The Service allows you to at least:
    1. Students can take lessons from instructors using this communication system.

Student registration

  1. Payment of lesson fees, etc.

  1. The student pays us a lesson tuition fee for lessons (excluding free ones) that have been conducted (or deemed to have been conducted) for a prescribed period of time.
  2. The student will pay the Company the price for the lesson stipulated in this paragraph for the lesson that is less than the prescribed time stipulated in paragraph 15 of the next article.
  3. If a student has a lesson coupon, when the next lesson reservation is made or a cancellation fee is incurred, the lesson coupon will be automatically used and the respective amount will be discounted.

  15. Lecturer evaluation and disclosure

  1. Students can register their evaluations and comments on the instructor's lessons with this service. We may publish this evaluation and any of these comments that have been approved by the student on the Service without the instructor's consent.
  2. The Company may, without the consent of the Instructor, disclose on the Service the ratio of the number of lessons canceled by the Instructor within 24 hours prior to the scheduled time or missed without notice without cancellation to the number of lessons accepted by the Instructor.

Password management

Prohibition of Transfer of Rights and Obligations
